Running Review: Swissotel Vertical Marathon 2014
This is my second time participating in the Swissotel Vertical Marathon. Although the atmosphere was better last year, I felt better this year probably because I knew what to expect and this was my second time. Second time is usually better than the first. :D When: 23 Nov 2014 Where: Swissôtel The Stamford Cost: $52 (early bird) with 10% discount for DBS/POSB card holders - Price has increased On the race pack collection day: I went at 11am. There was no queue and everything was smooth. I got a bag with my race bib, the tag for my shoes, a magazine, tee-shirt, a race pack with lots of flyers. No Milo this time. On the race day: It was pretty the same as the last time. Up the stairs to the top. 73 Storeys, and a medal is waiting for you at the top. Stunning views but wish it wasn't so sunny. haha.
