Why is this so? Is it because of the lack of creativity in Singapore to produce world changing products that change the world? Or is it because of the land scarce Singapore that enable people to get rich through real estate investments? Or is it because Singapore, being one of world's financial centre, is more appealing to investors? But can we as individual do?
