According to Forbes.com, here is the top 10 list of Singapore's richest men and their assets.
  1. US$6.7 billion - Ng Teng Fong, property development
  2. US$5.7 billion - Khoo Teck Phuat’s family, real estate
  3. US$3.3 billion - Wee Cho Yaw & family, United Overseas Bank (UOB)
  4. US$2.5 billion - Zhong Sheng Jian,Yanlord Land Group
  5. US$1.1 billion - Kwek Leng Beng & family, Hong Leong Group, CDL
  6. US$960 million - Kuok Khoon Hong, Wilmar
  7. US$830 million - Peter Lim, invested in Wilmar
  8. US$650 million - Lee Seng Wee, OCBC
  9. US$600 million - Denis Jen, shopping malls & in pork
  10. US$595 million - Chew Hua Seng, Raffles Education
As u can see.. most of them either own real estates and properties or has some investments. Should we own some real estates or investments too?

If you ever got onto the a MRT station you will probably hear this phrase "Sila ambil perhatian demi keselamatan anda harap bediri di belakang garisan kuning." Haha, yes, it is the Malay version of "Your attention please, Please stand behind the yellow line." What I realised is that many people follow the instructions by standing behind the yellow line, but not the yellow arrows. Even though they drew arrows on the ground, many people are still standing at the centre, wanting to get into the train at the very first moment the MRT doors open. Haha. Do u agree?
