What to eat at Blk 420a Clementi Ave 1 Coffee Shop

At Block 420A Clementi Ave 1, there is a coffee shop that serves the residents of nearby and nearby condo. Each Avenue in Clementi has its own coffee shop. Let's see what is there right now

1. Chang Cheng Mixed Vegetables Rice Cai Fan stall 长城中式菜饭

This is a branch of the very common cai fan stall which you can find it in many other coffeeshops in Singapore. You can pick the vegetables or meat you like, and pay accordingly. Most uncles and aunties will order from this stall if they want a budget meal.

2. "Popular Food" Japanese/Korean food

I can't find the name of this food stall. Is it called Popular Food?
It sells local style Japanese food, Saba fish, Teriyaki Chicken, Kimchi soup set at coffee shop price.

3. Ipoh Old Street Roasted 怡保仔旧街烧腊

It serves chicken rice (Roasted and steam), char siew, roast pork, duck rice, wanton noodles, hor fun etc. It's similar to those u find in char siew stalls.

4. Chick Boy

This stall sells western food (pastas, burger, chicken salad etc.) at coffee shop prices. Most unique is the korean style soy garlic/spicy chicken wings (6pcs at $6.50, 12 pcs at $11.50, 18 pcs at $16.50).
Food is also available for delivery via Grab and Food Panda.

5. NKS Indian Muslim Food Stall

This stall sells indian muslim food, but I see it is mostly Indian. Roti Prata, Indian Rojak, Tulang Soup, Roti John etc.

6. Guo Chang Mala Xiang Guo 国昌麻辣香锅

This is a typical Mala Xiang Guo stall where u can pick your dishes and then ask them to cook according to your spiciness level. They also sell individual rice sets and the typical mala side dishes like the spicy fish and chicken 辣子鸡. Available in Food Panda.

7. Bak Chor Noodle 面庄霸脞面

This is the typical Bak Chor Mee that you can find in other hawker centres or coffee shop, this is part of the Bak Chor Mee chain, I find it so so only.

There are other stalls that were not opened when I visited, so not sure if they were closed for good, or just not opened that day. Business were not brisk during lunch time, but I guess business will pick up, when the nearby HDB flats and Clavon Condo TOP this year or next.
