From Jan 1 2022 onwards, everyone who wants to ride an e-bike or e-scooter has to pass the online theory test, and then present the digital certificate when you are asked by enforcement officers.

The test is available in our four official languages, take the test in the language you are most comfortable with.

Step by step FAQ for signing up

The Online theory test is valid for 90 days upon registration. If you fail to complete the Test during this period, you will be required to re-register and make payment accordingly (pay another $10).  Better to complete it within 3 months..

Your account will be disabled upon completion of the test.

After you sign up, there will be some slides that you can go through in the portal which will be helpful for the test.

Good thing is there is no negative marking

Tips:

  • During the test, open both the portal and the PDF. Using Ctl F, you can go to find the answers you want in the PDF.

  • The multiple choice questions will present you some choices and ask you to choose which is right, which is wrong, or how much is the fine for first offence, subsequent offences for some actions.

  • The answers can be found in the handbook or in the slides in the portal.

Good Luck! ๐Ÿ‘
