Vietnamese Coffee: Trung Nguyen

I am a self-professed coffee addict. I drink coffee everyday without fail.
Years ago when I told that to my Vietnamese friend told me, she told me that theVietnamese coffee is really good, I have to try it. There was no Vietnamese coffee in Singapore then so I didn't know where to try it.
I heard that Trung Nguyen coffee started in Singapore and after hearing great reviews it, I know I've got to try it. So I head towards their outlet at Liang Court.

At the Liang Court outlet, I was greeted by a lady. She smiled sweetly and waited for my order. I asked her which is the most popular coffee in the menu and she said that Creative Mix 4 and 5 are the most popular. Creative Mix 5 is the strongest so I ordered Creative Mix 4 because I didn't want my coffee to be too strong.

So when my coffee is ready, she explained how everything works.
I have to wait about 5 minutes so that all the coffee will drip into the cup.
After that I have to mix the contents with a spoon.

So happily, I brought the cup of coffee to a table and surf the net (free wifi available) while waiting for the coffee to drip.
After the drip was completed, it is time to take a sip of it.

Wow, it is amazing. Unlike the normal coffee in starbucks, this coffee is really strong and full of flavour. There is a nice aroma with a mixture of sweetness and bitterness.

Will I be back? Yes if I want to try a different kind of coffee - besides the usual Starbucks, Ya kun or Kopitiam coffee. But given its location (4 other outlets but none of them near my place) and the price of the coffee ($5.90 for a cup of coffee with condensed milk) I won't be back here to drink it regularly.
