Winnie's Bubble Tea Review
This is another popular bubble tea from Taiwan
Winnie's open its branch in One North.
I tried the Black Sugar Oolong Milk Tea ($3.10/$.4.10) and Black Sugar Milk Tea ($3.10/$4.10).
While you can't choose the sugar level, you can choose the level of ice. Default is 50% ice.
The bubble tea comes with a cute plastic bag which can be easily reusable.
I find that the Black Sugar Oolong Milk Tea tastes nicer than the Black Sugar Milk Tea and strangely I prefer this to the Bubble Tea from Tiger Sugar and I don't have to wait for 1 hour for my drink :D
